Building Components definition

Building Components means the building elements required to show the particulars relating to a calculation of load bearing and resisting force e.g. slab, beam, column and foundation etc.

  • If required by the Checklist of Building Components, provide Type II medium duty in offices and areas not subject to high abuse.

  • Any Alterations as to which Landlord shall consent shall be made only by contractors approved in advance, in writing by Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld; provided, however, that Landlord may, in its sole discretion, specify the engineers and contractors to perform any work relating to or affecting the Building Systems or the Base Building Components.

  • Landlord shall maintain the roof, foundations, floor slabs and exterior walls of the Building (collectively, the "Base Building Components") in good condition and repair, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

  • Tenant shall have the benefit of any warranties on the Building Components that are in effect as of the Commencement Date of the Lease.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s foregoing compliance obligations shall not include any obligations necessitated by Landlord's failure to complete the Tenant Improvements in accordance with all applicable Legal Requirements or by the failure of the Base Building Components to be in compliance with all applicable Legal Requirements as of the Commencement Date.

  • Building Components (e.g., windows) If 10% or more deteriorated paint, presume to be a lead hazard.

Related to Building Components

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).
