Any Alterations as to which Landlord shall consent shall be made only by contractors approved in advance, in writing by Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld; provided, however, that Landlord may, in its sole discretion, specify the engineers and contractors to perform any work relating to or affecting the Building Systems or the Base Building Components.
