Building Completion Date definition

Building Completion Date means the Phase 1 Building Completion Date, either BOA Building Completion Date or the Phase 2 Building Completion Date, as the case may be.

  • If construction of the Unit and the building in which the Unit is to be located is not completed by the Building Completion Date, such failure to so complete shall be a default by Seller under this Agreement, in which case Buyer shall be entitled to the applicable remedies set forth in Article V, Section G.2 of this Agreement, including the cancellation of this Agreement at any time after the Building Completion Date, as the same may have been extended.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this section to the contrary, if Lessor is delayed in the completion of the Base Building Improvements by, or as a result of the work of Lessee’s GC and/or the completion of Lessee’s Work, then Lessor shall be entitled to extend the Base Building Completion Date by one (1) day for each day of such delay.

  • Construction Completion Date or “Completion Date” means the date by which the overall Development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Completion Certificate is issued by the Authority as per Article 14.1.
