Budget Billing Plan definition

Budget Billing Plan means a payment plan made available by Cleco Power to Customers, who have had service for an established period of time and meet established rating standards, that uses averaged demand in calculating periodic obligations of the Customer.
Budget Billing Plan means a levelized payment plan offered by Servicer pursuant to which the related Customer’s invoice amount for each billing cycle is a constant amount (or approximately constant) irrespective of usage for the related billing cycle.

Budget Billing Plan means a level payment plan offered by the Transferor, which, if elected by a residential Customer, provides for levelized monthly Bill charges to such residential Customer by estimating the amount that the residential Customer would pay (based on the residential Customer’s actual usage during the previous twelve months), then charging the residential Customer 1/12th of that amount. Each month, a new payment amount is calculated based upon the most recent twelve months of usage data.
