BSBU Personal Property Leases definition

BSBU Personal Property Leases means all rights and benefits under leases, subleases, sub-subleases, licenses or other agreements under which Seller leases, licenses or uses or has the right to use, now or in the future, any personal property relating to, used in or necessary for the operation of the Biologics SBU or the development, manufacture, distribution, marketing or sale of the Products.

  • Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • Real Property Leases means all leases, sub-leases, licenses or other agreements, in each case, pursuant to which any Group Company leases or sub-leases any real property.

  • Real Property Lease means any lease, sublease, license or other Contract with respect to Real Property.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Property Lease means any Depot Lease, any lease in respect of a Managed Station Area, any lease in respect of Shared Facilities or any Station Lease and any agreement or lease of a similar or equivalent nature (whether in respect of any such facility or otherwise) which the Franchisee may enter into with a person who has an interest in a network or a railway facility which is to be used for or in connection with the provision or operation of the Franchise Services;

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Company Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).

  • Leaseholds of any Person shall mean all the right, title and interest of such Person as lessee or licensee in, to and under leases or licenses of land, improvements and/or fixtures.

  • Company Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Excluded Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).

  • Intangible Personal Property means incorporeal personal property including, but not limited to, deposits in banks, negotiable instruments, mortgages, debts, receivables, shares of stock, bonds, notes, credits, evidences of an interest in property, evidences of debt, and choses in action generally.

  • New Leases means, collectively, any lease for space at the Property entered into between the Commencement Date and the Closing Date.

  • Tangible Personal Property means all tangible personal property and interests therein, including machinery, computers and accessories, furniture, office equipment, communications equipment, automobiles, trucks, forklifts and other vehicles owned or leased by the Company and other tangible property.

  • Ground Leases Those certain leases with respect to real property that is a portion of the Leased Property, pursuant to which Landlord is a tenant and which leases have either been approved by Tenant or are in existence as of the date hereof and listed on Schedule A hereto.

  • Leases means any and all leases, subleases, tenancies, options, concession agreements, rental agreements, occupancy agreements, franchise agreements, access agreements and any other agreements (including all amendments, extensions, replacements, renewals, modifications and/or guarantees thereof), whether or not of record and whether now in existence or hereafter entered into, affecting the use or occupancy of all or any portion of any Real Property.

  • Real Property means, collectively, all right, title and interest (including any leasehold, mineral or other estate) in and to any and all parcels of or interests in real property owned or leased by any Person, whether by lease, license or other means, together with, in each case, all easements, hereditaments and appurtenances relating thereto, all improvements and appurtenant fixtures and equipment, all general intangibles and contract rights and other property and rights incidental to the ownership, lease or operation thereof.

  • Real Property Interests means all interests in real property of whatever nature, including easements, whether as owner or holder of a Security Interest, lessor, sublessor, lessee, sublessee or otherwise.

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.

  • Space Leases means any Lease or sublease thereunder (including, without limitation, any Major Space Lease) or any other agreement providing for the use and occupancy of a portion of the Property as the same may be amended, renewed or supplemented.

  • FF&E Leases means all leases of any FF&E and other contracts permitting the use of any FF&E at the Improvements that are assumed by Buyer.

  • Material Leased Real Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.10(b).

  • Real Estate Leases is defined in Section 4.7.

  • Real Property Laws has the meaning set forth in Section 4(l) below.

  • Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(b).

  • Residential real property means real property improved by a one to four family dwelling used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, wholly or partly, as the home or residence of one or more persons, but shall not refer to (a) unimproved real property upon which such dwellings are to be constructed or (b) condominium units or cooperative apartments or (c) property on a homeowners’ association that is not owned in fee simple by the seller.

  • Permitted Real Property Encumbrances means (i) those liens, encumbrances and other matters affecting title to any Mortgaged Property listed in the applicable title policy in respect thereof (or any update thereto) and found, on the date of delivery of such title policy to the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms hereof, reasonably acceptable by the Administrative Agent, (ii) as to any particular real property at any time, such easements, encroachments, covenants, restrictions, rights of way, minor defects, irregularities or encumbrances on title which do not, in the reasonable opinion of the Administrative Agent, materially impair such real property for the purpose for which it is held by the mortgagor or owner, as the case may be, thereof, or the Lien held by the Administrative Agent, (iii) municipal and zoning laws, regulations, codes and ordinances, which are not violated in any material respect by the existing improvements and the present use made by the mortgagor or owner, as the case may be, of such real property, (iv) general real estate taxes and assessments not yet delinquent, and (v) such other items as the Administrative Agent may consent to.
