  • If the County is providing BRS Program Services and Placement Related Activities and this Agreement is terminated, expires or is not renewed, the Agency, through its liaison staff or other designated persons, shall assume responsibility for the planning, supervision and work required in moving and relocating the OYA BRS Clients who are under the County's care under this Agreement on the termination date or at an earlier date if earlier removal is deemed necessary by the Agency.
