Brokered Certificates of Deposit or "Brokered CDs" means an FDIC-insured certificate of deposit of any financial institution other than Wxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. obtained from or through the mediation or assistance of Wxxxx Fargo Clearing Services, LLC, Wxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, or the Investment & Financial Services Group of Wxxxx Fargo Bank and held in the Securities Account.
