Brokerage Arrangements. Buyer and its Affiliates have not entered into (directly or indirectly) any Contract with any Person that would require the payment by Seller or any of its Affiliates of a commission, brokerage, “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, the Related Agreements or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
Brokerage Arrangements. No Recipient has entered, directly or indirectly, into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate the Contributors or any of their affiliates (other than the Recipients) to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement or the Transactions.

Neither Transferor nor any of its Affiliates has entered, directly or indirectly, into any contract or arrangement with any Person that would obligate Transferee to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement, the other Contribution Documents or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

The Partnership has not entered, directly or indirectly, into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate the P66 Parties or any of their Affiliates (other than the Partnership) to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Neither the Contributing Parties nor any of their Affiliates (other than the Partnership Parties) has entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate the Partnership Parties, the CIG Entities or the Cheyenne Entities to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement, the Contribution Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
Brokerage Arrangements. None of the P66 Parties or any of their Affiliates has entered, directly or indirectly, into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate any Group Member to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
Brokerage Arrangements. Neither Rice nor any of its Affiliates has entered, directly or indirectly, into any Contract with any Person that would obligate any member of the Partnership Group to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, the other Transaction Documents or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Partnership Parties have entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any Person that would obligate any of the Contributing Parties, any of their Affiliates, SemCrude Pipeline or White Cliffs Pipeline to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement, the Partnership Ancillary Documents or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
Brokerage Arrangements. No broker has acted on behalf of the Subscriber in connection with this Agreement, and there are no brokerage commissions, finders’ fees or commissions payable in connection herewith based on any agreement, arrangement or understanding with the Subscriber or any action taken by the Subscriber.
Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Partnership Parties has entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any Person that would obligate the Partnership Parties or any of their Affiliates to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, the CCA Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
