BROKER" OR "BROKERS means the individual or collective reference to Mr. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Solid Rock Advisors, Inc., Honolulu, Hawaii, which is the Seller's Broker ("Seller's Broker"). Buyer has engaged no Broker relative to the transaction contemplated by this Agreement. (l) "CLOSING": Shall mean the closing of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement at a location to be mutually agreed upon by Seller and Buyer.
