Broker Listing Content definition

Broker Listing Content means Listing Content that is otherwise obtained or produced by Broker or Broker's associates in connection with this agreement.
Broker Listing Content means Listing Content that is otherwise obtained or produced by Broker or Xxxxxx's associates in connection with this agreement.  Owner grants Manager a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, sublicense through multiple tiers, publish, display, and reproduce the Owner Listing Content, to prepare derivative works of the Owner Listing Content, and to distribute the Owner Listing Content, including any derivative works of the Owner Listing Content. Section 4.6.4. survives termination of this agreement.  All Broker Listing Content is owned exclusively by Broker, and Owner has no right, title, or interest in or to any Broker Listing Content.  Owner understands and agrees that both the Owner Listing Content and Broker Listing Content, including any changes to such content, may be filed with the MLS, included in compilations of listings, and otherwise distributed, publicly displayed, and reproduced.

  • Direct Registration System means the system for the uncertificated registration of ownership of securities established by The Depository Trust Company ("DTC") and utilized by the Depositary pursuant to which the Depositary may record the ownership of ADRs without the issuance of a certificate, which ownership shall be evidenced by periodic statements issued by the Depositary to the Holders entitled thereto. For purposes hereof, the Direct Registration System shall include access to the Profile Modification System maintained by DTC which provides for automated transfer of ownership between DTC and the Depositary.

  • Blacklisting means barring a bidder, contractor, consultant or supplier from participating in any future procurement proceedings.
