Broker Fees definition

Broker Fees has the meaning specified in Section 3.10.
Broker Fees means all amounts paid by clients for mortgage broker services provided by you or your Associates.
Broker Fees means any brokerage, finder's or other similar fee or commission in connection with the Exchange Transaction.

Examples of Broker Fees in a sentence

  • The Buyer shall have no obligation with respect to any such Broker Fees or with respect to any claims made by or on behalf of other Persons for fees of a type contemplated in this subsection that may be due in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Broker Fees means the amount payable by Convene to the Broker in accordance with the terms hereof and the Broker Fees Schedule.
