Broadcast Licenses definition

Broadcast Licenses means (a) the licenses, permits, authorizations or certificates to construct, own or operate the Stations granted by the FCC, and all extensions, additions and renewals thereto or thereof, and (b) the licenses, permits, authorizations or certificates which are necessary to construct, own or operate the Stations granted by administrative law courts or any state, county, city, town, village or other local government authority, and all extensions, additions and renewals thereto or thereof.
Broadcast Licenses means, with respect to the Mission Entities, all FCC Licenses granted, assigned or issued to a Mission Entity to construct, own or operate the Stations, together with all extensions, additions and renewals thereto or thereof, together with all extensions, additions and renewals thereto or thereof.
Broadcast Licenses means the main station licenses issued by the Federal Communications Commission of the United States (or any Governmental Authority succeeding to the functions of such commission in whole or in part) or any foreign Governmental Authority and held by the Parent Guarantor or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries for the Broadcast Stations operated by the Parent Guarantor or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries.

Broadcast Licenses means the main station license issued by the FCC for each of the Stations, as such main station licenses may have been extended, modified, or renewed from time to time. This definition of “Broadcast Licenses” may be used with respect to any single Broadcast License meeting the preceding requirements or multiple Broadcast Licenses meeting such requirements, as the context requires.
