Broadband Backhaul Services definition

Broadband Backhaul Services means (i) Broadband Backhaul ordered by Customer pursuant to an Order to the extent accepted by Vendor pursuant to Schedule C and managed network services associated therewith (including those services described in Article 5 of Schedule C), and (ii) any other services described in an Order to the extent accepted by Vendor pursuant to Schedule C, each of (i) and (ii) as such services may change in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Vendor will maintain a Quality Control Program to ensure all reasonable commercial standards applicable to Broadband Backhaul Services are adhered to.

  • Each invoice shall contain the same information as provided under the Original Agreement immediately prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, additional, similar information with respect to the Broadband Backhaul Services and Other Services, and any additional information as the Parties may otherwise agree.

  • The Parties shall mutually agree upon changes from time to time to the ordering process to facilitate the provision of Broadband Backhaul Services to Customer.

  • As requested by Customer or Vendor, Customer and Vendor shall review the Service Levels described in this Schedule C and shall make mutually agreed-upon adjustments to them as appropriate to reflect performance capabilities associated with advances in the technology and methods used to provide the Broadband Backhaul Services.

  • Vendor will assign a Program Management Team that will be responsible for the management of the provision of Broadband Backhaul Services as a whole.

  • Vendor acknowledges that quality of the Broadband Backhaul Services is critical to the satisfaction of the users of Customer's services and will work to minimize any quality issues associated with the rapid implementation of new service technologies (other than to the extent that such quality issues are caused by new service technologies directed by Customer).

  • Inclusion in any list that is made available for public inspection,⮩ unless directed to do so by lawful order of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Such team will coordinate the activity of all functional groups within Vendor and will be responsible for project and financial management of the Broadband Backhaul Services.

  • Once connectivity described in Subsections (i) and (ii) of this Subsection (a) [*Material Omitted and Separately Filed Under an Application for Confidential Treatment], Vendor will provide Customer with notice that the Broadband Backhaul Services are ready for use by Customer.

  • Customer agrees to purchase Broadband Backhaul Services according to the purchase commitments set forth in Exhibit C-1 of this Schedule C.

Related to Broadband Backhaul Services

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. The activities covered include the organisation and supervision of:

  • Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Delivery Services means those services provided by the

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.
