Bridge Holdings Group definition

Bridge Holdings Group means Bridge Holdings and each of its direct or indirect Subsidiaries that is treated as a partnership or disregarded entity for applicable tax purposes (but excluding any such Subsidiary that is directly or indirectly held by any entity treated as a corporation for applicable tax purposes (other than the Corporation)).

  • CEC means the California Energy Commission or its successor agency.

  • CEI / “CEIG” shall mean Chief Electrical Inspector to the State Government.

  • Mutual holding company means that term as defined in section 10(o) of the home owners' loan act, chapter 64, titles III and IX of Public Law 101-73, 12 U.S.C. 1467a, and OTS regulations governing mutual holding companies.

  • AcquisitionCo means Diebold Holding Germany Incorporated & Co. KGaA a German partnership limited by shares (Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien - KGaA) that is a Wholly Owned Restricted Subsidiary of the Company and whose general partner is the Company.

  • Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:

  • Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.

  • Holdings LLC Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Holdings dated as of the Closing Date.

  • Oaktree means Oaktree Capital Management, LLC and its Affiliates, including any partnerships, separate accounts or other entities managed by Oaktree.

  • Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3

  • MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.
