Bridge Common Stock definition

Bridge Common Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(a).
Bridge Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of Bridge.

  • For purposes of determining any fractional share interest, all shares of Hamptons Common Stock owned by a Hamptons shareholder shall be combined so as to calculate the maximum number of whole shares of Bridge Common Stock issuable to such Hamptons shareholder.

  • This Agreement and the Merger shall have been approved by the affirmative vote of the holders of at least a majority of the outstanding shares of Bridge Common Stock.

  • A Ordinary Shares means the A ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company;

  • Class B Common Shares means shares of the Class B Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Voting Common Stock means the voting common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Surviving Corporation Common Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 1.7(a).
