BREATHALYZER definition

BREATHALYZER means a chemical test of a person's breath to estimate blood alcohol content (BAC) and whether a person is under the influence or impaired. The test is administered by a police officer trained and certified in the use of the equipment. The equipment must be calibrated on a regular basis and will be recognized a legal test and proof of a person's BAC.
BREATHALYZER means a device for estimating blood alcohol content from a breath sample;
