Branding Materials definition

Branding Materials means those trademarks, logos, artworks, photographic images and other visualor audio materials provided by the Customer to Company for incorporation into the Software.
Branding Materials means Mogo’s marketing materials, including for each Campaign, the seed package setting out the creative concepts for the Campaign, the design, content and artwork for promotional pieces to be used for the Campaign and all other logos, branding and media designs.
Branding Materials means inventory and other certain items used by F&M related to the Naming Rights granted under this Agreement to support the brand exposure of F&M at events more fully outlined in this Agreement.

Related to Branding Materials

  • Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, contest-related, public relations (including press releases), display, point of sale or website materials regarding or relating to the Licensed Products or depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks. Advertising Materials include any advertisements in which the System is displayed, referred to, or used, including giving away any unit(s) of the System as prizes in contests or sweepstakes and the public display of the System in product placement opportunities.

  • Packaging Materials means art and mechanical formats for a Software Title including the retail packaging, end user instruction manual with end user license agreement and warranties, end user warnings, FPU media label, and any promotional inserts and other materials that are to be included in the retail packaging.

  • Printed Materials means all artwork and mechanicals set forth on the disc label of the PlayStation Disc relating to any of the Licensed Products and on or inside any Packaging for the Licensed Product, and all instructional manuals, liners, inserts, trade dress and other user information to be inserted into the Packaging.
