Branded Outlet definition

Branded Outlet means a retail service station with signage bearing any of the Licensed Marks and located in the Licensed Territory that is, or is hereafter, owned or operated by MARKETING or persons that sublicense the Licensed Marks from MARKETING pursuant to Paragraph 2E hereof.

  • Any sign and associated sign canisters, chassis, poles and other equipment furnished by MPC for the Branded Outlet belong to MPC, and you will not remove or relocate any sign or sign equipment without MPC’s permission.

  • If there shall be posted, mounted, or otherwise displayed on or in connection with any BFA Holder Branded Outlet any sign, poster, placard, plate, device or form of advertising matter whether or not received from ExxonMobil, consisting in whole or in part of the name of ExxonMobil or any of the Proprietary Marks, BFA Holder agrees at all times to display same, or cause the Franchise Dealers to display same, properly and not to diminish, dilute, denigrate, or otherwise adversely affect same.

  • ExxonMobil shall provide notice to BFA Holder of entry at an License Branded Outlet, except in the case of any such entry in connection with ExxonMobil’s product quality inspections.

  • As a member of Scottish Enterprise you might serve on other bodies.

  • During the Term, and except as expressly provided in this Agreement, BFA Holder (or any of its Franchise Dealers) may change, delete or add a Related Business at a BFA Holder Branded Outlet only with the prior written consent of ExxonMobil.

Related to Branded Outlet

  • Retail outlet means any establishment at which consumer products are sold, supplied, or offered for sale directly to consumers.

  • Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.
