Brand Key definition

Brand Key means the guidelines (which, for the avoidance of doubt, may be a summary of information held by the Unilever Parties and/or any of their respective Affiliates) specified from time to time by the Unilever Parties and/or any of their respective Affiliates for the use of the Trade Marks.

  • Video lottery terminal sales agent means a lottery sales agent licensed under Chapter 3770. of the Ohio Revised Code to conduct video lottery terminals on behalf of the state pursuant to section 3770.21 of the Ohio Revised Code.

  • Beer means any liquid capable of being used for beverage purposes made by the fermentation of an infusion in potable water of barley, malt, and hops, with or without unmalted grains or decorticated and degerminated grains or made by the fermentation of or by distillation of the fermented products of fruit, fruit extracts, or other agricultural products, containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume but not more than six and twenty-five hundredths percent of alcohol by volume.

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).
