BPA contract definition

BPA contract means an agreement between the State and a qualified private industry first- line business partner or first-line service provider as authorized under Vehicle Code section 1685.
BPA contract means the Contract for the Construction of the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Area Project, dated as of January 8, 2004, by and between the Company and the U.S. Department of Energy-Bonneville Power Administration.
BPA contract means BPA Contract No. 00003127 entered into between BPA and the Company.
