Bowdon Lease means that certain real property lease for the rental of an office building located at 0000 X. Xxx. 000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000 having Xxxxx’x Farms, Inc. as tenant and Xxxxxxx Xxxx as landlord dated August 20, 1997, as amended, supplemented, modified or extended.
Bowdon Lease means that certain real property lease for the rental of an office building located at 1705 S. Hwy. 100, Bowdon, GA 30108 having Cagle’s Farms, Inc. as tenant and Darrell Teal as landlord dated August 20, 1997, as amended, supplemented, modified or extended.

  • Wet Lease means any arrangement whereby Owner or a Permitted Lessee agrees to furnish the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine to a third party pursuant to which the Aircraft, Airframe or Engine shall at all times be in the operational control of Owner or a Permitted Lessee, provided that Owner’s obligations under the Trust Indenture shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any such arrangement.
