Bouncy Castles. The indoor use of a bouncy castle or other inflatable structures is permitted providing it is designed for indoor use and there is enough space for it to be used safely, it does not compromise escape routes and the operation follows the Health and Safety Guidance note put together by the committee covering the safe use of bouncy castles in the village hall. The hirer must confirm acceptance of these guidelines prior to undertaking the booking. The overall responsibility and liability remain with the hirer.   • No Party Poppers, Coloured streamers or Silly String should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment, these materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate Plymouth Bouncy Castles in the event of damage.

  • Plymouth Bouncy Castles can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of the negligence of Plymouth Bouncy Castles or its employees.

  • THE HIRER shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless he/she brings to the attention of Plymouth Bouncy Castles when it is set up and checked by the hirer when coming in to possession of the equipment any faults noted by the Hirer.

  • In particular the use of Bouncy Castles and other forms of entertainment which may damage the floors/decorations is prohibited inside the halls.
