BOS Contract definition
BOS Contract means the agreement between Seller and the BOS Contractor to engineer, procure and construct the improvements required by this Agreement, which agreement shall be substantially in the form mutually agreed upon by the Parties no later than sixty (60) days prior to NTP. The BOS Contract is sometimes referred to in the Project Documents as the BOP Contract or the BOP/Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreement.
