Borrowing Notice Date means, (i) in the case of the first Borrowing, a date that is at least twelve Business Days prior to the Borrowing Date of such Borrowing and, (ii) in the case of a subsequent Borrowing, a date that is at least twenty Business Days prior to the Borrowing Date of such Borrowing.
Borrowing Notice Date means, (a) in the case of the first Borrowing, the date of this Agreement and, (b) in the case of a subsequent Borrowing, a date that is at least [***] Business Days prior to the Borrowing Date of such Borrowing.

More Definitions of Borrowing Notice Date
Borrowing Notice Date means (a) in the case of the First Borrowing, a date that is at least five (5) days prior to the Borrowing Date of such Borrowing (or such shorter period as may be agreed by Administrative Agent in its sole discretion) and (b) in the case of a subsequent Borrowing, a date that is at least fifteen (15) Business Days prior to the Borrowing Date of such Borrowing (or such shorter period as may be agreed by Administrative Agent in its sole discretion).
Borrowing Notice Date means, the date that is at least three (3) Business Days prior to the Borrowing Date.
