Borrowing Base Cash Collateral definition

Borrowing Base Cash Collateral means, at any time, the aggregate amount of all cash provided by the Borrowers as additional security for the Obligations and pledged to, and subject to the control of, the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Agents, the Lenders and the L/C Issuers, and maintained in a Deposit Account subject to the Borrowing Base Cash Collateral Agreement.
Borrowing Base Cash Collateral means cash collateral (but excluding any cash collateral in the Letter of Credit Account) and Permitted Investments of the types specified in clauses (a), (b) and (c) of the definition thereof, in an aggregate amount not to exceed$200,000,000, pledged to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower or any Guarantor for the benefit of the Lenders and held on the Accommodation Effective Date in one or more Borrowing Base Cash Collateral Accounts, as reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 3(e)(iii).
