    Borrower’s Cost of Capital means a rate per annum equal to the cost of equity of Avangrid Inc published in the AGR US Equity WACC screen of Bloomberg at 10:00 am of the 15th June of each year provided that if the 15th June of any year is not a Business Day, such reference should be AGR US Equity WACC screen of Bloomberg at 10:00 of the next succeeding Business Day.
