Borrower’s Completion Certificate definition

Borrower’s Completion Certificate means the certificate described in Section 3.4 hereof, executed by the Borrower in form and substance acceptable to the Authority, wherein the Borrower certifies as to such matters as the Authority shall require;
Borrower’s Completion Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit F.
Borrower’s Completion Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit S-1 to the Credit Agreement.

More Definitions of Borrower’s Completion Certificate

Borrower’s Completion Certificate means the certificate described in Section 304 of the Loan Agreement, executed by the Borrower in form attached as Exhibit B to the Loan Agreement.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Participation Certificate means the original participation certificate, if any, that was executed and delivered in connection with a Participation Interest.
