Borrower Operating Agreement definition

Borrower Operating Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Borrower, dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Borrower Operating Agreement means, individually and/or collectively as the context may require, the amended and restated limited liability company operating agreement or amended and restated limited partnership agreement, as applicable, of Borrower dated the date hereof.
