Borrower Funding Account definition

Borrower Funding Account. The Deposit Account maintained by each Borrower for the purposes of funding certain acquisition related expenses.

Borrower Funding Account means the account listed for the Borrowers in Exhibit A-1 or such other Deposit Account as the Administrative Borrower may from time to time specify in writing to the Administrative Agent.

Borrower Funding Account means a deposit account (as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) of the Borrower established and maintained at the Depositary Bank, which shall be established on or prior to the Account Establishment Date and shall at all times thereafter be subject to a Blocked Account Control Agreement.
