Borrower Facility definition

Borrower Facility means the premises located at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx, which are leased by Borrower pursuant to the Borrower Lease.

Borrower Facility means each manufacturing or testing facility occupied or operated by any Obligor the operation of which is subject to the approval or licensing by the United States Food and Drug Administration and/or any other Governmental Approval relating to the manufacture or testing of medical devices and pharmaceutical or diagnostic products.

Borrower Facility means the premises located at 000 Xxxxxxxx XX, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106, and the premises located at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxx X, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 which are leased by Borrower pursuant to the Borrower Lease, as the case may be.
