Borrower Debenture definition

Borrower Debenture means the first ranking debenture between the Borrower as chargor and the Lender as chargee with respect to the UoB Account and all of the Transferred Convertible Notes and cash credited to the UoB Account.
Borrower Debenture means the debenture creating assignments and fixed and floating charges to be entered into between the Borrower and the Security Trustee in respect of the assets of the Borrower described therein.
Borrower Debenture means the debenture granted by the Borrower in favour of the Security Agent, in form and substance acceptable to the Security Agent and the Agent (each acting reasonably).
