Book-Entry Depositary definition

Book-Entry Depositary means the party named as such in this Agreement or its nominee or the custodian of either until a successor shall have become such pursuant to Section 3.08 hereof, and thereafter "Book-Entry Depositary" shall mean such successor or its nominee or the custodian of either.

Book-Entry Depositary means The Chase Manhattan Bank or, in the event that The Chase Manhattan Bank is succeeded as Book-Entry Depositary hereunder, the Person designated as its successor pursuant to Section 3.8 hereof.
