Examples of Book-Entry Depositary in a sentence
Upon receipt of amounts owing in respect of the Immobilised Bearer Global N&C Securities, the Book-Entry Depositary will pay the amounts so received to the relevant clearing system(s) for onward payment to applicable owners of Book-Entry Interests in accordance with their procedures.
To the extent the N&C Securities are issued in the form of Immobilised Bearer Global N&C Securities, the Book-Entry Depositary or its nominee will be the sole holder of such N&C Securities.
Whenever the Book-Entry Depositary shall receive notice of any action to be taken by it as holder of an Immobilised Bearer Global N&C Security and the Issuer deems it appropriate, including in respect of any payment to be made in respect of an Immobilised Bearer Global N&C Security, the Issuer shall determine and notify the Book-Entry Depositary of a record date (each a "Record Date") for the determination of the number of units or principal amount represented by the corresponding CDI.
Each notice shall include the name of the successor Book-Entry Depositary and the address of its Corporate Trust Office.
None of the Issuer, any Dealer, the Book-Entry Depositary or any agent makes any representation or warranty as to the eligibility of any Security for the Eurosystem.
