Bonus Time definition

Bonus Time means a program for the nonguaranteed use of accommodations or amenities at one or more time share properties under common management that allows reservations by owners of the time share properties for unreserved accommodations or amenities during a period of not more than thirty days before the desired reservation dates.
Bonus Time means, with respect to each Transferred Employee who executes and delivers a valid consent as contemplated by Section 6.2(e), the number of days that is equal to such Transferred Employee’s accrued but unused vacation days with the Seller as of the Closing Date, as shown on the schedule delivered by the Seller to the Buyer pursuant to Section 6.2(e).
Bonus Time means unoccupied space in the Projects that may be used and occupied by a Member, subject to availability and certain advance reservation requirements, as determined by the Underlying Association, and for which a rental charge applies.

Examples of Bonus Time in a sentence

  • Conditions for purchase and use of Bonus Time are determined by space availability and Club Guidelines (Rules), which are subject to change.

  • Premier Owners may purchase additional reserved time, referred to as Bonus Time.

  • The Bonus Time is an accommodation provided to the applicable Transferred Employees and is not a part of and is entirely separate from the vacation accrual benefit such Transferred Employees are entitled to receive from the Buyer under the Buyer’s vacation benefit for its employees.

  • Prior to the Closing, the Seller shall cooperate with, and assist, the Buyer in seeking the written consent of salaried employees of the Seller, other than the Excluded Employee, who have accrued but unused vacation time to the conversion of such time into Bonus Time and associated vacation pay into the Bonus Time Accruals, and the substitution of the Buyer for the Seller as the obligor with respect thereto.

Related to Bonus Time

  • Target Annual Bonus means, as of any date, the amount equal to the product of Executive’s Base Salary determined as of such date multiplied by the percentage of such Base Salary to which Executive would have been entitled immediately prior to such date under any Annual Bonus arrangement for the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded if the performance goals established pursuant to such Annual Bonus were achieved at the 100% level as of the end of the fiscal year; provided, however, that if Executive’s Annual Bonus is discretionary and no 100% target level is formally established either under the Annual Bonus arrangement or otherwise, Executive’s “Target Annual Bonus” shall mean the amount equal to the 100% of Executive’s Base Salary.

  • Bonus means the bonus described in the Section 2.3.

  • Bonus Amount means the greater of (i) the average annual incentive bonus earned by Executive from the Company (or its affiliates) during the last three (3) completed fiscal years of the Company immediately preceding Executive’s Date of Termination (annualized in the event Executive was not employed by the Company (or its affiliates) for the whole of any such fiscal year), and (ii) the Executive’s target annual incentive bonus for the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • Bonus Period means the period for which a Bonus is payable. Unless otherwise specified by the Board, the Bonus Period shall be the fiscal year of the Company.
