The Executive may make an election with respect to the Benefit or Bonus Plans or deferred compensation arrangements covered under any one or more of sections 2.2 through 2.4, but an election with respect to any such section shall apply to all Plan Amounts that are specified therein.
If there is no legal minimum wage, Suppliers must ensure that wages are at least comparable to those at similar companies in the local area or to prevailing industry norms.
