Bonus Expenses definition

Bonus Expenses means the sum of (a) the aggregate amount payable to or for the benefit of certain employees of the Neptune Companies as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement pursuant to the bonus agreements (the "Bonus Agreements") by and between the Company and such employees, dated April 1, 2003, and listed on Schedule 1.1(a) and (b) Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars and Thirty-One Cents ($259,900.31) payable to Robert Geckle pursuant to item (i) in Schedule 1.1(b).

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, there are no fees or expenses related to the Transactions payable by the Company to any third party other than the Company Transaction and Bonus Expenses.
