Bond Insurance Agreement definition

Bond Insurance Agreement means the Insurance Agreement entered into between the Company and the Bond Insurer in connection with the issuance of the Bond Insurance Policy.
Bond Insurance Agreement means the Reimbursement and Indemnity Agreement dated as of December 19, 2001, between the Company and the Bond Insurer.
