Bond Delivery Agreement definition

Bond Delivery Agreement means the bond delivery agreement dated as of October 24, 2014 among the parties hereto as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Bond Delivery Agreement means a bond delivery agreement whereby the Agent (x) acknowledges delivery of the Bonds and (y) agrees to hold the Bonds for the benefit of the Banks and to distribute all payments made by the Company on account thereof to the Banks, substantially in the form of Exhibit G.
Bond Delivery Agreement means the Bond Delivery Agreement, dated as of April 18, 2014, between the Company and the Administrative Agent.
