Bond acts definition

Bond acts means the various revenue bond acts for public institutions, including those identified in this item and also including any others not identified in this item.
Bond acts means the Wastewater Treatment Bond Act, the Stormwater Management and Combined Sewer Overflow Abatement Bond Act, the Green Acres, Clean Water, Farmland and Historic Preservation Bond Act, the Dam, Lake, Stream, Flood Control, Water Resources, and Wastewater Treatment Bond Act, the Water Supply Bond Act and future bond acts passed for the purpose of providing funds for the construction of environmental infrastructure facilities. As they are enacted, reference to such bond acts shall be added to this definition through a notice of administrative change published in the New Jersey Register, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:30-2.7.

  • Securities Acts means the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

  • Information Acts means the Data Protection Legislation, FOIA and the EIR, as amended from time to time; Intellectual Property Rights or IPRs means copyright, rights related to or affording protection similar to copyright, rights in databases, patents and rights in inventions semi-conductor topography rights, trade marks, rights in internet domain names and website addresses and other rights in trade names, designs, know-how, trade secrets and any modifications, amendments, updates and new releases of the same and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world;

  • Acts means the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2 of the Companies Act 2006), in so far as they apply to the Company;

  • Tax Exempt Bond-Financed Development means a Development which has been financed by the issuance of tax-exempt bonds subject to applicable volume cap pursuant to Section 42(h)(4) of the IRC.

  • Certified act of terrorism means an act that is certified by the Secretary of the Treasury, in accordance with the provisions of the federal Terrorism Risk Insurance Act, to be an act of terrorism pursuant to such Act. The criteria contained in the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act for a "certified act of terrorism" include the following:

  • the Acts means the Credit Union Acts 1997 to 2012;

  • Bond Ordinance means this ordinance authorizing the issuance of the Bonds.

  • Data Protection Acts means Data Protection Act 1988, as amended by the Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003, and as may be modified, amended, supplemented, consolidated or re- enacted from time to time;

  • Mortgage Instruments means such title reports, ALTA title insurance policies (with endorsements), evidence of zoning compliance, property insurance, flood certifications and flood insurance (and, if applicable FEMA form acknowledgements of insurance), opinions of counsel, ALTA surveys, appraisals, environmental assessments and reports, mortgage tax affidavits and declarations and other similar information and related certifications as are requested by, and in form and substance reasonably acceptable to, the Administrative Agent from time to time.

  • Mortgage Instrument means any mortgage, deed of trust or deed to secure debt executed by a Credit Party in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, pursuant to the terms of Section 4.1(e)(i), 5.10 or 5.12, as the same may be amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced, or supplemented from time to time.
