Bond Act means the California Water Resources Development Bond Act, comprising Chapter 8 (commencing at Section 12930) of Part 6 of Division 6 of the Water Code.
Agreed Acts means any of the following:-
STATUTORY ACTS means all the State and Central Government statutes and regulations effecting the operation of the services under this Agreement as may be in force from time to time and shall particularly include but not be limited to the following;
Planning Acts means the Town and Country Planning Xxx 0000, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Xxx 0000, the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Xxx 0000, the Planning (Consequential Provisions) Xxx 0000 and the Planning and Compensation Xxx 0000;
the Planning Acts means the Town and Country Planning Xxx 0000 and the other enactments defined as the “Planning Acts” in Section 336 of the Town and Country Planning Xxx 0000 and every other enactment relating to the use development and occupation of land and buildings for the time being in force
Municipal Property Rates Act means the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (Act No. 6 of 2004);
Land Act means the Land Xxx 0000;
Governmental Acts means any act or omission, whether rightful or wrongful, of any present or future de jure or de facto government or Governmental Authority.
Securities Acts means the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Information Acts means the Data Protection Legislation, FOIA and the EIR, as amended from time to time; Intellectual Property Rights or IPRs means copyright, rights related to or affording protection similar to copyright, rights in databases, patents and rights in inventions semi-conductor topography rights, trade marks, rights in internet domain names and website addresses and other rights in trade names, designs, know-how, trade secrets and any modifications, amendments, updates and new releases of the same and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world;
Acts means the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2 of the Companies Act 2006), in so far as they apply to the Company;
Tax Exempt Bond-Financed Development means a Development which has been financed by the issuance of tax-exempt bonds subject to applicable volume cap pursuant to Section 42(h)(4) of the IRC.
Certified act of terrorism means an act that is certified by the Secretary of the Treasury, in accordance with the provisions of the federal Terrorism Risk Insurance Act, to be an act of terrorism pursuant to such Act. The criteria contained in the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act for a "certified act of terrorism" include the following:
the Acts means the Credit Union Acts 1997 to 2012;
Bond Ordinance means this ordinance authorizing the issuance of the Bonds.
Data Protection Acts means Data Protection Act 1988, as amended by the Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003, and as may be modified, amended, supplemented, consolidated or re- enacted from time to time;
Municipal Revitalization Index means the 2007 index by the
Mortgage Instruments means such title reports, ALTA title insurance policies (with endorsements), evidence of zoning compliance, property insurance, flood certifications and flood insurance (and, if applicable FEMA form acknowledgements of insurance), opinions of counsel, ALTA surveys, appraisals, environmental assessments and reports, mortgage tax affidavits and declarations and other similar information and related certifications as are requested by, and in form and substance reasonably acceptable to, the Administrative Agent from time to time.
Mortgage Amendments as defined in Section 6.11(a).
Trustee Acts means both the Trustee Xxx 0000 and the Trustee Xxx 0000 of England and Wales.
Ministerial acts means those acts that a licensee may
Property Rates Act means the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (Act No 6 of 2004);
Qualified agricultural property means that term as defined in section 1211 of the revised school code, MCL 380.1211.
Administrative and Audit Regulations means all applicable statutes, regulations, and other laws governing administration or audit of this Contract (including the regulations included in Title 2, Part 200, of the Code of Federal Regulations; Chapter 321 of the Texas Government Code; Subchapter F of Chapter 2155 of the Texas Government Code; and the requirements of Article VII herein).
Mortgage Instrument means any mortgage, deed of trust or deed to secure debt executed by a Credit Party in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, pursuant to the terms of Section 4.1(e)(i), 5.10 or 5.12, as the same may be amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced, or supplemented from time to time.
