Bombay Stock Exchange or “BSE” shall mean the BSE Limited situated at Mumbai, India; "Board” or "Board of Directors” or "the Board" means the Board of 'Board of
Bombay Stock Exchange of India and NSE means "National Stock Exchange" of India, South Asia Regional Fund includes its subsidiaries for the time being.
