Bodily Infirmity definition

Bodily Infirmity means either a condition for which one is eligible for disability retirement benefits from the Church Pension Fund or Social Security Administration, or a physical or mental impairment that a physician or psychiatrist(approved by the Presiding Bishop) certifies would likely result in eligibility for such disability retirement benefits should the Bishop continue in active episcopal ministry;
Bodily Infirmity means a Medical Condition of an Insured Individual caused by, arising out of, resulting from or the cause of a weakened, deteriorated, infirm, diseased or otherwise ill physical or mental state of that Insured Individual.
