Boardwalk definition

Boardwalk has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.
Boardwalk means and refer to an area partially or completely surrounding the lake that will be used for pedestrian and cycling traffic and as a trail adjoining lake activities, trails, restaurants and other commercial, residential or public areas.
Boardwalk means any temporary structure constructed in the road right-of-way providing a pedestrian route around an area used for an Outdoor Café.
