Boards and commissions definition

Boards and commissions means all boards and commissions appointed by the City Council.
Boards and commissions means boards and commissions heading a principal department and created by the constitution, by statute, or by executive order as specified in the constitution.
Boards and commissions means meetings of a Board or Commission to which a Councillor has been appointed by Council.
