Board Regulation definition

Board Regulation means a regulation passed by the Board in accordance with Article 7;
Board Regulation or “regulation” means any part adopted by the board pursuant to authority under the act and includes any superseding regulation. “Rule” means board regulation.
Board Regulation means the Issuer's rules governing its management board, dated 17 September 2014 and the Issuer's rules governing its supervisory board, dated 17 September 2014.
