Board Profile definition

Board Profile means a profile in relation to the composition of the Board, taking account of the nature and the activities of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Board Profile means the profile or matrix of skills, expertise and diversity attributes desired for Directors and committee members, as approved by the Board from time to time.
Board Profile means the profile (profiel) for the Board Members as drawn up in accordance with clause 2.1 of the current Board Rules;
