Board of Directors/Trustees definition

Board of Directors/Trustees means the directors/trustees of each Fund, or with respect to a Fund that is a UIT, the Fund's principal underwriter or sponsor.
Board of Directors/Trustees means the board of directors/trustees of a company or persons performing similar functions with respect to any organization, whether incorporated or unincorporated.
