Board Fee definition

Board Fee means the retainer payable to a Participant during the Plan Year for service on the Corporation Board.

Examples of Board Fee in a sentence

  • If you transfer permanently for skilled nursing care in the Health Center, and do not wish to relinquish your apartment, you will continue to pay the Monthly Service Fee described in Section V.B., in addition to the Health Center Room and Board Fee.

  • If you are only receiving skilled nursing care in the Health Center temporarily, you will continue to pay the Monthly Service Fee described in Section V.B., in addition to the Health Center Room and Board Fee.

  • However, if assets in the Plan are less than $1 billion, the Board Fee will be an annual fixed fee equal to $100,000, and Wealthfront (not you as the Account Owner through your investment in a Designated Portfolio) will directly pay the portion of the Board Fee equal to the difference between the 0.01% annualized fee for all Designated Portfolios and the annual fixed fee of $100,000.

  • If your stay at the Health Center is not covered by Medicare Part A or other insurance plans, you may receive a ten percent (10%) discount on your Health Center Room and Board Fee not to exceed a total of sixty (60) days.

  • If assets in the Plan are greater than $5 billion, the annualized fee borne by each Designated Portfolio will be reduced below 0.01% based on the assets in such Designated Portfolio such that the entire amount of the fees for all Designated Portfolios equals a fixed annual fee of $500,000, which is paid to the Board as the Board Fee.

  • While receiving skilled nursing care in the Health Center, you will pay a Health Center Room and Board Fee, as may be adjusted from time to time.

  • If assets in the Plan are $5 billion or less, each Designated Portfolio will bear an annualized fee of 0.01% based on the assets in such Designated Portfolio that is used to pay the Board Fee.

  • All amounts set forth herein are in U.S. dollars (except with respect to the Irish Board Fee).

  • After you exhaust all of your skilled nursing benefits (under Medicare Part A and/or other insurance plans) you may receive a ten percent (10%) discount on your Health Center Room and Board Fee for the remainder of your stay at the Health Center, not to exceed sixty (60) days and limited to one instance.

  • The amount charged to your Account for the Board Fee may be dependent upon the Option you choose.
