BMO Equipment Financing definition

BMO Equipment Financing means any master lease agreement or other financing documents entered into from time to time between BMO Hxxxxx Equipment Finance Company and the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with the acquisition or capital lease of equipment.
