  • Consumables means all items which are consumed in the execution of the Work, without being directly incorporated in the Work, such as fuel, electricity, water, POL, welding rods, electrodes and utilities.

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Raw material means any unprocessed material in its raw or natural state that is intended to become part of the components of a cannabis product.

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • City-based manufacturer means a person who: (i) holds any appropriate city license; (ii) is subject to applicable city taxes; and (iii) owns, operates, or leases a manufacturing facility within the city.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities.
