Blockface definition

Blockface means the property abutting one side of a street and lying between the two nearest intersection streets, or between the one nearest intersecting street and a major physical barrier, including (but not limited to) railroads, streams, lakes, or the corporate limits of the City.

Blockface means that portion of the street along the curb on one side of a street which is between the boundaries of the corner area at either end of the block. Carshare organization or CSO. The term “carshare organization” or “CSO” means an organization that operates a program available to the general public, in which access to a fleet of vehicles, except for limited use vehicles, as defined in 34 RCNY § 4-01, is provided to members of the organization on an hourly or other short-term basis.
