Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.
Link means a situation in which two or more natural or legal persons are either linked by a direct or indirect holding in an undertaking which represents 10% or more of the capital or of the voting rights or which makes it possible to exercise a significant influence over the management of the undertaking in which that holding subsists.
Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.
Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.
Networks means and include video, voice and data networks, routers and storage devices.
hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;
Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.
Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

online marketplace means a service using software, including a website, part of a website or an application, operated by or on behalf of a trader which allows consumers to conclude distance contracts with other traders or consumers;
Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.
Click occurs when a bona fide Internet user (which excludes a robot, spider, software, scraper or other mechanical, artificial or fraudulent means, or a person who is not seeking to use the Partner Network for a legitimate web search, e.g. has been paid or otherwise motivated to click) clicks on a Paid Listing and accesses the destination site.
Channel means a natural or artificial watercourse with a definite bed and banks that conducts flowing water continuously or periodically.
POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;
Host means any plant or animal on or in which another lives for nourishment, development, or protection.
Games means games of chance.
Advertiser means the person or organisation whose product or service is being advertised, or whose name or image is mentioned or promoted in an advertisement;
BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;
SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).
Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.
