Blasting Consultant definition

Blasting Consultant means a professional engineer or a person with relevant qualifications or reputation accepted by the District that has experience and expertise in Blasting in rural and urban areas and is independent of the Blaster as well as the explosive manufacturer and distributor.

Board means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Person means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.

Independent Consultant means any consultant or firm of such consultants selected by the Community Facilities District and who, or each of whom (a) is generally recognized to be qualified in the financial consulting field, (b) is in fact independent and not under the domination of the Community Facilities District or the City, (c) does not have any substantial interest, direct or indirect, with or in the Community Facilities District or the City, or any owner of real property in the Community Facilities District, or any real property in the Community Facilities District, and (d) is not connected with the Community Facilities District or the City as an officer or employee thereof, but who may be regularly retained to make reports to the Community Facilities District or the City.
Consultant means any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services to such entity.
The Consultant s Personnel’ means any person instructed pursuant to this Contract to undertake any of the Consultant’s obligations under this Contract, including the Consultant’s employees, agents and sub-consultants.
Sub-Consultants means an entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services while remaining solely liable for the execution of the Contract.

Consulting Services means the services to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan as described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to this Loan Agreement;

Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.
Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.
